The development will be a collective of 260 residential units that include link villas, cluster villas, exclusive villas, town villas and condominiums.  

Once built, the development will also boast a green connectivity to one of the largest parks in Kwasa Damansara that measures about 42 acres, including a 13.6-acre lake.

In addressing the difficulty of getting loans and making down payments, 130 units will be allocated to deserving buyers under the Smart Sewa scheme by Selangor Housing and Property Board (LPHS).
